That's still a really long time. The painful part is they are not making the 270-day even mark.

70 percent is clearly not the right number on this, to try to get it down to that level.

Chair Peters, this is an area we need to work on, the independent agencies, not just in this area but in a broader area.

We need to get these two folks at the table, get to some kind of resolution.
