I appreciate it. It's not an unknown statement on this, and I see them over time.
They set a goal to be able to have permitting decisions and such made within 270 days.
They are frustrated because their compliance requirements continue to go up.
70 percent is clearly not the right number on this, to try to get it down to that level.
