Mr. Speaker, H.R. 2548, introduced by the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Schock), would designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 6310 North University Street in Peoria, Illinois, as the ``Charles `Chip' Lawrence Chan Post Office Building.'' This bill was reported from the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on June 22. With that, I yield such time as he may consume to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Schock).
