If I could just mention a couple things, if I remember correctly, Interior, Ag, and Forest Service, they have the ability for the administrator of the agency to be able to identify a piece of property, work it through the system, do best value for the taxpayer, and do not seem to have as laborious of a process as going through all the different steps and everything that is there.
