Thank you, Mr. Chair.
They are frustrated because their compliance requirements continue to go up.
The approval of the Governor is not enough. I can imagine a Governor that makes a bad decision too.
Chair Peters, this is an area we need to work on, the independent agencies, not just in this area but in a broader area.
