I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of Calendar No. 698, H.R. 2606. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the bill by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A bill (H.R. 2606) to amend the Act of August 4, 1947 (commonly known as the Stigler Act), with respect to restrictions applicable to Indians of the Five Civilized Tribes of Oklahoma, and for other purposes. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the bill, which had been reported from the Committee on Indian Affairs.
