I will not use 7\1/2\ minutes, but I will be using that after the vote. I do want to include one more person who has not been thanked, and that is Senator McCain. Right now we are in the middle of the must-pass bill every year, the Defense authorization bill. He was kind enough to allow us to work this in during his very busy schedule on this bill, which we are trying to get through this week. So I do thank him very much. It is important, even though we thank the same people over and over again. When it gets to Dimitri, I am going to pronounce his name right, and I will be thanking him and several others.
