I think, I say to the Senator, that if we have demonstrated that we have been incapable of doing it, that we are incapable of facing up to that insatiable appetite for spending money that future generations will have to pay back, year after year after year, then that should be evidence enough the discipline, the word you do not seem to like, is necessary.
