The western land now will go not to the politicians in Puerto Rico but to the residents of the island of Vieques, and in the event something should happen that they should vote to reject the Navy, then it is not going to go into some developer's hands where someone is going to stand to get rich over this. We have done a good job----

I think it needs to be said over and over again by knowledgeable people, such as we have here today, on this overspending, overregulation, the damage that is being done.
I really believe that we have an opportunity to yield to the pressures that are out there on overregulation.
Nothing is being done. I came to this meeting because it is apparently the White House that is stopping this or delaying this.
