The President's own constitutional law professor, Lawrence Tribe, recently testified before the House Energy and Commerce Committee hearing that his EPA was attempting an 'unconstitutional trifecta usurping the prerogatives of the States, Congress and the Federal Courts--all at once.'
Inhofe cites Tribe's testimony to support his claim against the EPA's actions.
