We all talked about and made our own comments about what happened in Paris and the President coming up with a commitment that he would be reducing CO2 emissions by between 26 and 28 percent by 2025, and then we made an effort through every group we could find, including the EPA, to determine how he is going to do that and we haven't been able to find anyone who has any idea.
Inhofe doubts the feasibility of the President's CO2 emissions reduction commitment.
