At 11 o'clock, the following agreement was reached: Following the disposition the Reid amendment, which will be voted on at 11:30, the Senate will go to the Santorum- Dodd amendment; following that, the Wyden amendment, and following that, the Inhofe amendment. That was the agreement reached at 11 o'clock.
