I was scheduled to be speak at 4 o'clock. At the conclusion of the Senator's remarks, would the Senator request that I be recognized as in morning business for up to 30 minutes?

Nothing is being done. I came to this meeting because it is apparently the White House that is stopping this or delaying this.

we have peer competitors in cyberspace and some of them have already hinted that they hold the power to cripple our infrastructure and set back our standard of living if they choose.
