Let me further say that the Obama-EPA's water policies represent an aggressive, heavy handed, top down approach to regulation.

We do not believe Fish and Wildlife is responsible for the regulation of greenhouse gases.

I would be very concerned about these efforts in all of the various regulatory bodies.

I just found this to be kind of mind-boggling that would take place.
