On the recordDecember 12, 2014
I have a parliamentary inquiry. It is my understanding that we were to begin at 12 o'clock for 3 hours until the first motion on the NDAA, and that would begin now, it looks like, about an hour late; is that correct? The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, there will now be 3 hours of debate, with 1 hour each for the Senator from Oklahoma, Mr. Coburn, and the Senator from Nevada, Mr. Reid, and with 30 minutes each for the Senator from Alaska, Ms. Murkowski, and the Senator from Oklahoma, Mr. Inhofe, or their designees.
