I used to kind of laugh about Barbara Boxer, commenting that she and I had very little in common philosophically. But we got more done than any other committee did.

Nothing is being done. I came to this meeting because it is apparently the White House that is stopping this or delaying this.
I think it needs to be said over and over again by knowledgeable people, such as we have here today, on this overspending, overregulation, the damage that is being done.
It is imperative that any TSCA modernization efforts be bipartisan, based on sound science, protective of public health, and continue to allow American industry to lead the world through responsible innovation.
