I think John Thune did a good job of explaining what a cow tax would do and who that would affect.

The calls to eliminate fossil fuels from the power sector are foolish and would be devastating for the American people.

Nothing is being done. I came to this meeting because it is apparently the White House that is stopping this or delaying...
