The amendment (No. 2080) is as follows (Purpose: To require an element in annual reports on cyber science and technology activities on work with academic consortia on high priority cybersecurity research activities in Department of Defense capabilities) At the end of subtitle C of title II, add the following: SEC. 240. ELEMENT IN ANNUAL REPORTS ON CYBER SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACTIVITIES ON WORK WITH ACADEMIC CONSORTIA ON HIGH PRIORITY CYBERSECURITY RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE CAPABILITIES. Section 257(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116-92; 133 Sta. 1291) is amended by adding at end the following new subparagraph: ``(J) Efforts to work with academic consortia on high priority cybersecurity research activities.''.
