I really believe that we have an opportunity to yield to the pressures that are out there on overregulation.
Nothing is being done. I came to this meeting because it is apparently the White House that is stopping this or delaying this.
It is imperative that any TSCA modernization efforts be bipartisan, based on sound science, protective of public health, and continue to allow American industry to lead the world through responsible innovation.
