I am concerned that the Department of Transportation may not award or may unfairly limit future grant funding to eligible projects simply because those projects do not meet the Administration's overarching policy goals.

I think it needs to be said over and over again by knowledgeable people, such as we have here today, on this overspending, overregulation, the damage that is being done.

We have to stop the spending immediately.

As easily, perhaps, as some of the larger companies are able to do.
