we have peer competitors in cyberspace and some of them have already hinted that they hold the power to cripple our infrastructure and set back our standard of living if they choose.

I think it needs to be said over and over again by knowledgeable people, such as we have here today, on this overspending, overregulation, the damage that is being done.

I want to make sure that is fully considered. I think your statement is a good response.
