It is imperative that any TSCA modernization efforts be bipartisan, based on sound science, protective of public health, and continue to allow American industry to lead the world through responsible innovation.
I am concerned that the Department of Transportation may not award or may unfairly limit future grant funding to eligible projects simply because those projects do not meet the Administration's overarching policy goals.
I think it needs to be said over and over again by knowledgeable people, such as we have here today, on this overspending, overregulation, the damage that is being done.
