The idea that an official spokesman for the agency would encourage the media to read a report that is clearly designed to denigrate four Commissioners, to attack the agency's credibility, and to undermine public confidence, I think it is reprehensible.
Context
Inhofe condemns the spokesperson's encouragement of a report undermining the agency's credibility.
