Our hearts are very heavy today because, like so many of my colleagues, I am mourning the death of my dearest friend, Senator Mike Enzi of Wyoming. I say ``dearest friend'' because he is. One of the places where I spent a lot of time with him, as a couple of other Members, John Boozman from Arkansas and Mike Rounds from South Dakota, and others--we were with him in some of these places where no one else really knew what he was doing.…”
