I ask you restate the unanimous consent at this time. It is my understanding we would have time equally divided, between now and 5:30, at which time there would be a vote. I state my intention would be to move to table the Bingaman resolution. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The unanimous consent request is for 10 minutes for Senator Specter and Senator Allard and 20 minutes equally divided between the Senator from New Mexico and the Senator from Oklahoma, with a vote time certain at 5:30. Is there objection?
