I think the bill that is before us today is good. But I also think that the amendments that will be offered, some of the provisions of which the Senator has talked about, are going to make it better. The MSA element of this bill I think is very significant. You know, this is the only product or service anywhere in America where it has built in a factor to pay more. I do not know of anyone in America, that once they pay their deductible on a health policy, watches what they spend as much as if they were paying their own money. This is human nature. I am hoping that this bill that is a good bill, can be made a much better bill and we can come through and take care of some of the things that the Senator is talking about. I am particularly interested in some items that are not going in there. I would like medical malpractice reform but I also realize that would be a very heavy thing that would cause it to go down and perhaps cause a veto. I think with these very moderate and modest reforms that the Senator is talking about, I think it will be a better bill, better bill for our health delivery system in America.
