The last thing I mention is, I read an article in the Wall Street Journal, I think last week, that talked about the nations that have actually had this happen, causing great increases in taxes to try to stop that particular habit--Denmark, Sweden, so forth--and that the result has been they have had to repeal those tax increases in almost every case.
