I am concerned that the Department of Transportation may not award or may unfairly limit future grant funding to eligible projects simply because those projects do not meet the Administration's overarching policy goals.
I think John Thune did a good job of explaining what a cow tax would do and who that would affect.
Nothing is being done. I came to this meeting because it is apparently the White House that is stopping this or delaying this.
