I also compliment Senator Allen for his leadership and passage of a bill a few moments ago that will allow closed-circuit TV viewing for the trial of the alleged terrorists. I compliment Senator Allen because I know he has a lot of constituents in Virginia and there are a lot of constituents in New York, New Jersey, and California who have a real interest in seeing that justice is done. By passing the authorization bill allowing for closed-circuit TV, he will do that. I compliment Senator Allen for making that happen.
