If you go in and talk to a business person and if they find out some of the legislation that is running through Congress, they say, ``Wait a minute, what are you guys doing?'' There is legislation--I mentioned to my friend from South Carolina--dealing with rewriting OSHA that, according to one article I read in, I think, the Washington Times, the cost of that will be $62 billion per year on the private sector. I do not know. I am not privy to that report and how accurate it is. But I am sure that the legislation that is being discussed, the OSHA reform legislation, has some very well-meaning points. But if it is going to cost the private sector that much, I would like to know about it before we vote on it.
