In section 2 of this bill, the language provides a 25- percent deposit cap or concentration limit for banks in any one State. Oklahoma law currently sets an 11 percent deposit cap in the State banking code. Under the House version of this bill, it is clear that States have the right to set their own limits. My question is does the language in the Senate's version of the bill preempt Oklahoma's 11- percent concentration or deposit cap limitation?
