I know Senator Dole wants a couple of votes quickly. That is the reason why I thought maybe we could talk. In listening to the Senator from Delaware I thought I heard the Senator say he has real problems with the words that were inserted, ``in good faith.'' If he has other suggestions, I would like us to talk about them and maybe we can resolve that.
