I thank and compliment Senator Dodd of Connecticut because he likewise was working on a resolution. This resolution was an effort by several of us who felt we needed to express condemnation towards the outrageous behavior of Mr. Milosevic. Senator Dodd had a resolution, I had a resolution, others were working on them, so we had a good bipartisan effort so the Senate would speak in an united fashion condemning these recent actions.
