We, as Members of Congress, must conduct vigorous oversight to determine how this could happen.
I am not going to back down from passing our bill, because I think it is really important.
I hope we get as many people sheltered in the short term as possible, but we absolutely need to use this hearing to discuss more solutions to address homelessness for the long term.
