Not only are we giving them this money up front. When the seniors finally do get a prescription drug benefit in 2006, we are going to be forcing the seniors to pay the premium every month into the plan and they will get no coverage when their drug costs are between $2,000 and $5,000, that doughnut hole we have been talking about. So these plans will get money while the seniors get no benefit on top of the billions of dollars we have already paid.
