I do not care what a survey said about 67 percent intending to purchase or 87 percent did purchase. They are consumers, and as a Member of Congress, I am here to protect the consumers from the State of Ohio, California, New York, and anywhere else, and just because they responded to a survey as such does not mean they are being protected.
