Again, I appreciate all the panelists', the great input we've gotten on the various legislative proposals--particularly on our efficiency bill.

We want to be sure, as the chairman has talked about, to be ahead of that curve.

I think in her comments, she indicated that shallow drilling is off by about 50 percent since the moratorium.

I think the President made some good comments over the weekend. I was somewhat encouraged by what he said about extending leases in the Gulf.
