I have great affection for my colleague from Oregon as well, but today we are making this piece of legislation, this thing called the Affordable Care Act, better. In fact, JCT says that, in 10 years, nearly 10 million households in America will be paying this new tax--again, moderate- and low-income households. For those 10 million people, we are making it better. Mr. Speaker, I yield 3 minutes to the gentleman from Illinois (Mr. Dold).
