One issue that does concern me, and that I have heard from numerous constituents throughout the last several months, is the effect that adverse market fees from the GSEs are having on my constituents' abilities to purchase a home.

I agree with the Comptroller of the Currency, John Dugan, who recently raised a red flag on these reverse mortgages.

This is the time to push Treasury to open the process with transparency and to make sure Americans get the deal that they deserve.
