“Madam Speaker, I rise today to sound the alarm regarding attempts to eliminate diversity, equity, and inclusion, referred to as ``DEI,'' initiatives in medical education. Any anti-DEI efforts endanger our Nation's healthcare and threaten our global leadership in medical science.
