Is it still in the hands of the original winner in the lottery? Or is it owned by the FCC? I think that is a question we should ask before we consider this amendment. I am just trying to clarify that. Mr. McCAIN. Let me try to clarify it one more time. Because the company did not exercise due diligence over 10 years, the FCC reclaimed it. Now it is up to the FCC as to how they want to dispose of it.
