If I may finish my question. Didn't he answer that question just about the same as the nominees sent up by the previous President of the United States? That is what I am going back to. Like the Senator from New York, I think we should be moving on. I contend that we have talked about this, we have discussed it and debated it. The only thing I am saying is let's just vote on him. I plan to come back to the Chamber later today to make a statement. I was interested in the Senator's discussion and his statement. I thank my good friend from New York for responding to the question.
