I agree. I think the gentleman is 100 percent right. The proposals I have reviewed indeed focus this benefit on the neediest of America's seniors and ensures that, as the gentleman has suggested, they do not have to make a choice between paying the rent, buying the food, and then providing the prescription drugs that they need to have a high quality of life. I thank the gentleman for his input, and I thank my good friend from Georgia for his point as far as making emphasis to ensure that America understands what we are talking about here.
