While I believe that the taxpayers on Main Street should never again pay for the greed on Wall Street, we must ensure that any new regulations do not have unintended consequences on the CFTC's ability to do its job.

The lack of voluntary action by airlines for the past 10 years only underscores the absolute necessity of including the same passenger rights provisions.

It is my opinion that the only thing that is preventing our country from producing robust alternative fuels and alternative energy is the energy that we invest in it.

I am baffled by the response and I am baffled by the lack of attentiveness to the recommendations that have been made from the NTSB to the FAA.
