Anyone with a brain can see that, and now you are telling us, oh, we got to be X--we're going to be confidential with the information.

It's just ridiculous. It's a congressional investigation, congressional inquiry. We want the information. Give it to us.

It seems, by definition, if 23 out of 23 fail, then you should be able to say that, of course, by definition is a complete failure.

If you like your plan, keep it; like your doctor, keep it; premiums are going to go down.

One of the things we were promised when ObamaCare passed is 20 million people will use the exchange.

Would it be a complete failure if every single CO-OP that you guys authorized just 2 years ago failed?

And yet we have this phenomena in front of us. Sixteen of 23 have completely failed.

If all 23 fail, would that be a complete failure?

Twenty-three programs were given money just 2 years ago, and 16 of them have already failed.

This law has been a complete failure. And the American people know it.

Just about everything stated about ObamaCare when it was passed has turned out to be false.

Well, all I'm hearing is about community consolidating, and you're telling me no new ones are going to be created...

Hurts competition, hurts the consumer, right?

And yet you just all told us ObamaCare is the greatest thing in the world.

You proved it. You demonstrated that it's different by your actions, because you said you've never done this before.

I think a lot of people already think that there are two systems, as many have talked about, one for we, the people, a different one, entirely different one, for the politically connected.

So who ultimately made the decision?

I think it's a travesty, because I don't think Hillary Clinton has been treated like any other American would've been treated under the same circumstances.

Every American, including the President of the United States, including a candidate for the highest office in our land, ought to be treated equally under the law.

Even Director Comey acknowledged this fact at a recent congressional hearing.

If that doesn't underscore why we need this legislation, Mr. Chairman, I don't know what does.

I think the First Amendment says, no, you don't.

That is why this bill is so important.

You do not have to check your beliefs, right? That is what this country is about.

Let us be clear. That is not true. FADA is very limited in scope, and it does not take away civil rights protections.
