It sounds to me like Judge Merchan had his marching orders and he moved forward with what was expected of him.

A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge's impartiality might be reasonably questioned.

That is not supposed to happen in America, is it, judge?

I find that just amazing. If that is not political motivation, I don't know--because what other motivation could there be?

The Chair has blatantly and persistently interfered with a State criminal proceeding, as I have seen it interfere in the case of the People of the State of New York v. Donald Trump.

Let's be clear. Alvin Bragg campaigned openly on his persecution of President Trump.

The list of abuses to railroad President Trump is obscene and outrageous but calling it that is an understatement.

Alvin Bragg has taken this--he was a progressive prosecutor in New York.

It is ripe for this Committee to take up this issue because it is a Federal issue.

This game can be played in many different ways.

This New York prosecution is something that is a very bad precedent, let's just put it that way.

Alvin Bragg's prosecution of President Trump was personal. It was based on politics, and it was wrong.

Bragg's prosecution of President Trump with the help of Judge Merchan opened the door for politically motivated prosecutions.

The cause of vaccine hesitancy, the reason this got so political in my judgment is because our government told us time and time again things that were not accurate.

We are big boys and girls. Give us the stinking truth.

Misinformation is when the Government told us that the vaccinated couldn't get the virus.

While Joe Biden and his team are scaring people into thinking that Donald Trump will put people in jail, Joe Biden is already putting political enemies in prison that we know of.

He's causing people to get murdered and killed--murdered and robbed and hurt.

If Donald Trump, as the jury unanimously found, covered up 2016 conduct of a pattern that we saw again in 2020, then he deserves to be found guilty.
