I want to make sure that Amtrak is profitable in the future so that when I want to use it, it is there for me to use.

My concern is understanding China is a long-term thinker, and so it will create a strategy in the region so that it can overtake it at a time when the rest of the world is least prepared to act.

I think it is incumbent on all of us to find ways to use those precious dollars in a very wise and judicious manner.
