I echo your sentiments that it is failed foreign policy, failed economic policy, and failure with our friends down in Latin America.
I would like to also highlight another subsidy, and that is the food service. Last year we lost almost $61 million in the food service on Amtrak.
I encourage my fellow Members to consider how we can find savings in these programs while continuing to provide nutrition assistance to our families in need.
