I was in Cuba in 2002, I think it was, on a trip from Ohio, a legal trip. And I saw firsthand the abusive nature of the Cuban regime.

I think we need to have a real honest explanation of what happened. First off, could this have been prevented, and secondly, how can we ensure that those that are in harm's way will never have this happen to them again.
