I want to really salute our colleague for that tremendous achievement. He started out in Philadelphia as the youngest city councilman ever elected. He worked tirelessly for his constituents. I think it is absolutely proper and fitting to pay tribute. I just wanted to put my little two cents in and thank the gentleman from Pennsylvania for the great job he has done for the country, for his constituents and all the help he has given me and my constituents.
